IMPORTANT NOTICE

Inspection and Oil Replacement Required After Flooding

Dear Valued Customers,

If your vehicle lift has been exposed to flooding, or if water has entered the control box or hydraulic system, DO NOT operate the equipment immediately. Operating the lift before proper inspection and maintenance may result in severe damage to the hydraulic system.

Please follow the steps below before resuming operation:

  1. Ensure that all floodwater has completely receded.
  2. Do NOT power on or operate the vehicle lift.
  3. Completely drain all hydraulic oil from the control box (power unit).
  4. Drain all hydraulic oil remaining in the oil tank and hydraulic hoses.
  5. Refill the system with new R68 hydraulic oil.
  6. Verify that the hydraulic system is clean and operating normally before putting the lift back into service.

Important Warning

Failure to replace the contaminated hydraulic oil after flooding may allow water and debris to circulate throughout the hydraulic system, which can result in:

  • Corrosion or seizure of the hydraulic cylinder
  • Damage to the hydraulic power unit (control box)
  • Failure of valves, hydraulic pump, and seals
  • Hydraulic system malfunction
  • Significant repair costs and possible warranty exclusion due to improper operation

To ensure the safety, reliability, and service life of your vehicle lift, the hydraulic oil must be completely replaced before the equipment is operated again.
